ABOUT

-
Grounded College Guidance was born from personal experience. As a high school and college student with undiagnosed ADD, I felt adrift when choosing a college, and only a little better informed when I searched for graduate programs. I decided I could help students like myself.
-
I graduated from Emory University with a B.A. in English; my M.F.A. in Creative Writing is from Sarah Lawrence College; and my Master's in Social Work and Ph.D. in Education are from the University of Georgia.
-
Anna Pless Peel is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Director of College Counseling at The New School in Atlanta, and a consultant for Grounded College Guidance.

-
I live in Asheville, North Carolina, and I work with students all over the South and the East Coast in person and on Zoom. Louie the beagle is my right-hand man!
